His professional background reflects the same qualities he brings to coaching: attention to detail, accountability, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence. His ability to organize, communicate, and develop others has been instrumental throughout his career and continues to shape his approach to building the Clinton College men’s golf program.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Nance has a strong history of serving and mentoring others through athletics and education. He previously served as a coach at Southwest Middle School, where he helped guide young athletes while emphasizing the importance of discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and personal growth.

Golf has been a lifelong passion for Nance, with more than 20 years of experience on the course. His love for the game extends beyond playing, as he enjoys teaching, mentoring, and helping others develop their skills. As the first Head Men’s Golf Coach at Clinton College, Nance is committed to creating a program centered around growth, character, competitive excellence, and the development of student-athletes both on and off the course.

Outside of golf, Nance enjoys spending time outdoors through activities such as fishing and hunting, appreciating the balance, focus, and connection to nature these experiences provide. At the center of his life is a strong commitment to family and the relationships that create lasting memories.

Nance is also a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., embracing the organization’s principles of manhood, scholarship, perseverance, and uplift. His dedication to service and community aligns with the values he demonstrates as a leader, mentor, and coach.

With a successful career in healthcare leadership, a passion for golf, and a commitment to developing others, Coach Nikki D’Angelo Nance continues to make a meaningful impact at Clinton College and within the communities he serves.
