Clinton Men Have Won Four Straight; Unbeaten in 2026

ROCK HILL, SC- TYhe Clinton College men's basketball team has put together an impressive stretch, going 4–0 in 2026, including two key conference victories over Paine College and U. of Ft. Lauderdale.
Overall, the team has won four straight games and 13 overall as they currently sit at 13–5 on the season with five games remaining in February as they gear up for postseason play.
 
They will face two teams from the NAIA in home-and-home series featuring Morris College on Feb. 4 on the road in Sumter, SC and Feb. 11 at home as well as Voorhees University on Feb. 7 at home and Feb. 19 on the road in Denmark, SC. The Golden Bears will also host UV-Lynchburg in their final game of the season at home on Feb. 25 on Senior Night. The Golden Bears are also undefeated at home so far going 9-0 while they are 3-1 in the NCCAA South Region.
 
Several players have been instrumental in their success:
 
-Senior point guard Jordan Snipes Campbell has been leading the way, averaging 18 points per game, along with 3.5 rebounds and 3.5 assists.
- Fellow senior guard Kipp Richvine is contributing 13.2 points per game, 4 rebounds, and 4.3 assists, providing consistency and leadership on both ends of the floor.
- Junior forward Isaiah Borders is also averaging 12.5 points per game and shooting 35% from three-point range, giving Clinton a reliable perimeter threat.
 
"The group has really come together at the right time, and we're excited about the momentum we're building heading into the postseason," said head coach Jamir Cheek.
